Troubleshooting

Issue Possible Reason Solutions

Machine not starting

There is no hydrogen stream

  1. The water tank is short of water.
  2. The inhalation tube (cannula) is not properly connected to the machine.
  3. The TDS value is too high due to low water quality
  1. Fill the water tank to the top line on the Water Level Pane.
  2. Ensure the cannula is properly connected and is not tangled or blocked.
  3. Replace the water in the tank with pure (e.g. distilled) water and try again.
